**Job description**:
We are seeking multiple Contact Centre Consultants to assist our Federal Government client located in Mawson Lakes. These roles will cover an after-hour service and the shifts will cover 4.00pm to 8.00am Monday to Friday & 24 hours on the weekend.
**APS3 Contact Centre Consultant**:
In this Inbound Customer Service centre, you will demonstrate strong customer service focus and the ability deliver results and assist Defence personnel and their families. You will have outstanding communication skills and the ability to provide information and advice to a range of stakeholders. You will have a proven track record planning your own work goals and priorities that align with team outcomes to achieve your KPI's.
- Are able to follow policies and standard operating procedures
- Have good admin and computer skills
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Are able to work in a team
- Contribute to the performance of the Contact Centre team
