Overview
In this role, you will act as a frontline troubleshooter, providing excellent sales skills and resolving issues to customers over the phone or email. You will help build positive customer relationships with Aidacare by offering an exceptional first impression. This role will also include assisting with deliveries.
Role Details
Role Title: Customer Service/Delivery Driver
Location: Orange, New South Wales, Australia
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Branch Manager
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Previous customer service or industry experience preferred, but not essential
* Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records
* Ability to analyse situations and think critically to find solutions to customer issues
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressure
* Must have a current drivers license
* Physically fit and able to carry heavy items and follow correct manual handling procedures
* Willingness to provide/obtain relevant checks due to interaction with our clients (e.g.: Police checks/NDIS Worker Screening check)
Duties & Responsibilities
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in an efficient manner
* Learn and stay up-to-date with our products and services, and use this knowledge to enhance customer experience
* Assist customers with accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and processing
* Foster strong and positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business
* Provide excellent customer service over the phone and on emails making a great first impression in every case
* Assemble and assist with equipment
* Load/unload delivery vehicles manually and forklift-assisted
