Reporting into the Senior Credit Manager, the focus of this role is to support credit decisioning and risk management across the Eastregion. You’ll conductcreditand financial analysis, ensure compliance with internal policies, and contribute to the protection of business interests. Inaddition, you will:
- Assist in the documentation and settlement of new and varied finance facilities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to verify the accuracy and completeness ofcreditapplications.
- Escalate high-risk accounts and information gaps to theCreditManager.
- Apply knowledge of PPSA and securities ranking to support robustcreditdecisions.
- Record relevant customer notes and maintain accurate client files.
- Adhere to Nutrien’s compliance, EH&S;, and confidentiality processes.
- Complete related reporting and analysis where required.
What You'll Bring:
To be successful in the role, you will have experience in a acreditor financial analysis role, ideally with exposure to Agribusiness. Inaddition, you will demonstrate:
- A track record with 3-5 years of credit analysis experience and have the ability to interpret and interrogate financial statements.
- Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships and influence outcomes.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of local markets and Ag seasonality.
- Strengths in identifying and mitigating risk.
- Experience with SAP, Power BIand Microsoft Office Suite(Desirable).
- A degree in a business discipline (Preferred)
