About the role
We're seeking world-class educators to inspire the next generation of Commercial Cookery and Patisserie students
Share your skills and passion for education, help students build the skills, qualifications, and employability to support their career goals.
This is a temporary, part-time position (14 hours per week) available until 31 December 2026. The role requires travel between our Armidale and Tamworth campuses and delivery of both Commercial Cookery and Patisserie classes.
About You
To be successful in the role, you will:
* Hold appropriate subject knowledge and skills, and at minimum hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent.
* Have a minimum of three years post-qualification industry experience relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
* Hold evidence of the required teaching qualification to deliver Vocational Education and Training (VET). See the candidate support document here for details.
* Be prepared to develop and maintain your VET knowledge and skills as well as your industry currency, and trainer/assessor competence.
