Human Resources Advisor, Sephora Australia As a HR Advisor, you will work closely with retail stakeholders in providing generalist HR support, across the HR life cycle. You will play an active role in collaborating with other members of the HR team, to provide well rounded, pragmatic, HR solutions to Store Management Teams and District Manager in your allocated region. You will play the role of a trusted advisor and be the first point of contact for HR queries. The role will be tasked to support people focused projects with the purpose to continuously improve the employee experience for our teams in Australia.
