The Role
As a member of our office team, you will provide essential administrative support to our estimating department and assist other operational areas as needed. The role requires strong organisation and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for the office, professionally answering and directing incoming calls and messages.
* Download, organise, and assign incoming job-related documents, creating and maintaining structured digital folders.
* Set up new jobs within our scheduling system (SimPRO), including annotating construction issue plans for plumbing installations using Bluebeam.
* Prepare and distribute documentation for field staff, including printing and laminating plans and job sheets.
* Monitor job reports, create job variations in SimPRO, and follow up purchase orders with building customers for additional works.
* Assist with supplier pricing reviews and material purchasing for estimation and quoting purposes.
* Provide general administrative assistance to the estimating and operations teams as required.
