Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional administrative support? Then this is the role for you.

This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full‑time appointment.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur across the organisation. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/08/2026.

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and operational support to our executive team. The successful applicant will provide confidential secretarial and administrative support service to the Heads of Department and other lead clinicians within the Acute and Community Medicine Directorate at Rockingham Peel Group.

The role is a dynamic role working with senior stakeholders in a supportive and flexible team environment.

SMHS delivers quality, safe and effective hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching more than 3300 square kilometres across the southern half of Perth. Key Responsibilities

* Provide high‑level administrative and operational support to the executive team.
