About the role

The Technical Business Analyst bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role will work closely with the stakeholders to understand business requirements related to data analysis, reporting, integration and translating them into actionable technical specifications.
Health Manager level 3, starting salary from $132,236 - $150,222 plus Super, with a 38- hour work week.
What you'll be doing
* Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements and acceptance criteria
* Conducting data discovery across the Data Warehouse, Data Marts, and reports to assess whether data is fit for purpose.
* Documenting technical requirements, source-to-target mappings, data flows, and maintaining requirements traceability.
* Facilitating workshops and working with stakeholders to clarify requirements and assess options.
* Reviewing designs and testing outputs to ensure business requirements are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
* You have relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience, with demonstrated experience working as a Technical Business Analyst in a data warehouse environment.
* You bring a strong technical background, including recent hands-on experience using SQL or other data query and profiling tools.
* You are highly organised, able to prioritise competing demands, and consistently deliver outcomes with a customer-focused approach.
* You communicate clearly and confidently, with experience producing high-quality written documentation and engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
