Take ownership of a key recruitment program and shape workforce outcomes across the Northern Territory Government.

The Department of Corporate and Digital Development (DCDD) provides essential corporate functions to the Northern Territory Government (NTG), enabling agencies to focus on service delivery.

Within DCDD, Workforce Services is dedicated to delivering HR and recruitment services to Northern Territory Public Sector agencies.

As the Workforce Services Manager – Specialised Recruitment, you will lead the delivery of an enterprise recruitment program focused on high-demand and hard-to-fill roles. This includes managing structured, multi-agency recruitment campaigns and building sustainable talent pools to support ongoing workforce needs and agency demand.

Working closely with client agencies, you will provide practical, high-level recruitment advice and support consistent and defensible merit-based recruitment outcomes. The role combines program management, stakeholder engagement and hands-on involvement in recruitment processes, including participation on selection panels.

You will be responsible for ensuring the program is delivered effectively and continues to evolve in response to agency needs.

You will contribute to broader workforce initiatives by analysing recruitment data, identifying trends and supporting continuous improvement across recruitment practices.

This role requires strong recruitment and program delivery experience, sound judgement and the ability to operate in a centralised, client-focused environment. You will be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and balancing operational delivery with longer-term program outcomes.
