People & Culture Administrator
**About the role**:
Reporting to the **Head of People & Culture**, you will be the go-to person for all things HR support and office operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for employees while keeping everything running smoothly.
**As a People & Culture Administrator, you will**:
- **HR & Employee Support** - Assist employees and managers with HR needs, support recruitment coordination, and manage HR platforms like BambooHR, Go1, and OfficeVibe.
- **Office & Event Coordination** - Ensure a well-maintained office environment, liaise with cleaners and building managers, and organise engaging team events, celebrations, and CSR initiatives.
- **Admin & Compliance** - Manage company administration, travel bookings, expense management, and document control (finance).
- **Leadership Support** - Provide key assistance to the **CEO and COO** with ad hoc requests and administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in an HR generalist or administration role.
- **Organised & Detail-Oriented**: You thrive in structure and efficiency.
- **Proactive & Problem-Solver**: You find ways to make things happen.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with HRIS, LMS, and engagement tools.
- **Excellent Communicator**: Able to connect with employees at all levels.
