Tasks & Responsibilities
Attending to day-to-day maintenance issues across the premises, including basic repairs to windows, doors, screens, fences, shelving, cupboards and outdoor fixtures
Replacing worn or damaged household items such as light fittings, bulbs and door components as required
Completing small-scale painting and surface touch-ups to internal and external areas to maintain presentation standards
Managing site cleanliness by removing rubbish and preparing waste for scheduled collection
Undertaking routine upkeep of the pool area, including basic pool maintenance and surrounding surfaces
Clearing leaves, debris and general litter from units, driveways and common outdoor areas
Carrying out regular lawn mowing, hedge trimming and general garden upkeep
Performing minor remedial work to walls, doors and windows as issues arise
Completing basic plumbing-related tasks such as replacing tap washers, maintaining reticulation systems and checking irrigation pumps
Qualifications & Experience
At least 12 months of work experience.
