I am working with a Federal Government organisation to find 2 x Systems Trainers. You'll be working as part of the program which is delivering one of the organisation's most significant IT transformations.
In this role, be instrumental in driving the successful adoption of the IT transformation across the organisation.
You'll work with the Training Manager, Systems Trainers, and specialists across Change, Communications, and Workforce Planning to design and deliver high‐impact training experiences.
Be the crucial link between the transformation program and end users and help to support a smooth transition to new systems and processes.
What you'll do:
* Lead innovative and creative training approaches that prepare users for a new digital environment.
* Work closely with the Change Team to understand business needs and align training to program schedules.
* Analyse current vs future state training requirements to support user readiness.
* Develop engaging, fit‐for‐purpose training materials and procedures.
* Build strong relationships across the program and business to support successful adoption.
* Coordinate and manage the training schedule for both virtual and in‐person sessions.
* Deliver training confidently and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
* Report on training delivery, uptake, and success, validating progress with end users and leaders.
In order to have your application considered, you must:
* Have a baseline security clearance
* Be able to work from Canberra, Brisbane or Melbourne under a hybrid working arrangement (a few days per week from the office)
* Have experience creating fit‐for‐purpose training resources, including guides, videos, and digital learning modules for diverse user groups.
* Have demonstrated experience designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs.
* Have experience delivering training which supports a large‐scale program
