Responsibilities
- Actively engage with guests and create memorable moments
- Inform guests about ALH Loyalty Programs and product offerings
- Contribute to a culture of safety and RSA compliance
Qualifications
- Great with people, detail, and communication; motivated to delight guests and support the team
- Flexible availability across days, evenings, and weekends
- Current RSA certificate; RCG preferred (but willing to obtain)
