About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our dynamic Community Services Team. You will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers to deliver superior quality in-home care to CHSP and Package care clients. The position is full-time and is based at our Moubray Street Melbourne office, with work from home options available.
Key Responsibilities
o Lead a team of support workers to deliver high quality community card
o Recruitment, orientation and ongoing supervision of support workers
o Liaising with clients, families, care staff and external providers
o Oversee day-to-day operations including program reporting and KPI achievement
o Promoting Royal Freemasons as a provider of choice
Key Requirements
o Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams
o Experience managing community aged care programs and relevant qualification/certificate
o Excellent communication and customer service skills
o Highly developed computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
o Highly organised and attentive to detail
