The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Executive team, you will lead a national, phone‐based home‐lending business with a full product suite and significant growth ambition.
This role has genuine end‐to‐end ownership — strategy, people, performance and results.
You\'ll be accountable for continuing to build a high‐performing broker workforce while driving sustainable growth, market share and operational excellence across the function.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and grow a national team of home‐lending brokers
* Set and execute the strategy to scale broker capability, performance and volumes
* Drive strong commercial outcomes across sales, productivity and lead conversion
* Own the end‐to‐end customer journey and service experience
* Partner with the Executive team on product, pricing, process and growth strategy
* Build a strong performance culture with clear accountability and outcomes
* Ensure compliance, quality and regulatory standards are consistently met
What We\'re Looking For
* Senior leadership experience in a brokerage or broker‐led home‐lending environment
* Proven experience building and leading broker teams (ideally national or centralised)
* Strong commercial and sales leadership capability
* Deep understanding of home‐lending products, credit and regulation
* A strategic thinker who remains comfortable staying close to the detail
* Confident, credible leader who can influence at Executive level
