THE ROLE
As a Stark Sales Guide, you are an integral member of our Inside Sales organization, building
relationships with customers and growing the Stark Future community and brand.
This role is an opportunity to be part of a high-performance sales team where effort, ambition, and
results are directly rewarded. With a competitive base salary and an industry-leading commission

exceptional customer experiences.
As a Stark Sales Guide, your primary responsibility is to convert leads into sales through phone-
based interactions but also written sales communication. You will handle inbound and outbound sales
calls, guiding customers through the purchasing process while delivering an exceptional experience.
You will guide leads to the dealer network or direct sales based on location and customer preferences.
The focus is purely on sales execution, lead conversion, and customer engagement.

RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and outbound follow-ups from test rides,
direct calls, and qualified leads.
• Guide and convert high-intent leads into confirmed sales
• Direct leads to the dealer network or direct sales based on location and
customer preferences.
• Provide expert advice on Stark products features, configurations, and
benefits.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience, ensuring every lead is handled
with professionalism and efficiency.
• Follow up with potential buyers to nurture interest and close deals.
• Ensure every customer interaction is logged and managed efficiently in
Zendesk Sell.
• Use Zendesk Sell to manage sales pipelines, track leads, and maintain
detailed customer profiles.
• Work closely with the Support and Commercial Aftersales teams to ensure
smooth post-sale transitions.
• Highly Commission-based compensation, the harder you work, the more
you earn.
• Maintain high satisfaction rate.

• You ride and understand motorcycles, making it easier to
connect with customers.
• You know the motocross/enduro & supermoto scene in
Australia
• Sales-Driven Professional – You have a proven track record in
phone sales, ideally in motorcycles, automotive, or high-value
products.
• You know how to use CRM tools to track, manage, and
convert leads efficiently.
• You thrive in a performance-driven, commission-based
environment.
• You excel in persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship-
building.
• Open to continuously improve yourself through feedback
• You have the hunger and drive to turn leads into revenue.
• You are located in Gold Coast and willing to go to some events.
