The Joint Transition Authority (JTA), in partnership with BUSY, is seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to play a vital role in ensuring smooth and respectful transitions from military to civilian life.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Canberra, where you'll be at the heart of JTA operations, working alongside a passionate team committed to recognition and support for Defence members.
What You'll Do Provide high-level administrative support to keep JTA operations running seamlessly.
Manage a busy group inbox and respond with professionalism and care.
Be a trusted first point of contact for Defence members and their families navigating the transition process.
Deliver guidance and support tailored to the needs of those moving into civilian life.
Work directly within JTA offices, contributing to initiatives that honour the service of ADF members.
Every day, you'll be helping Defence members take their next steps with dignity and confidence.
Your organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure they receive the respect and recognition they deserve during this important stage of their journey.
