About The Role
Reporting to the RTO Manager, you’ll be a key part of our training operations — ensuring smooth scheduling, compliance, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Be the first point of contact for clients, students, and trainers.
2. Coordinate trainer schedules, mobilisation, and resources.
3. Manage student enrolments, training records, and invoicing.
4. Maintain the student management system (aXcelerate).
5. Book classrooms, logistics, travel, and external suppliers.
6. Support training material preparation and trainer onboarding.
7. Assist with audits and compliance activities.
8. Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
About You
You’re an administrative superstar with a passion for training and a keen eye for detail. You thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What You Bring
1. 2+ years’ experience in an RTO or compliance-focused admin role.
2. Familiarity with aXcelerate (or similar LMS).
3. Strong knowledge of RTO compliance and ASQA standards.
4. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
5. Confidence in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
6. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
