We are currently hiring an experienced full-time Cook for a modern restaurant offering fine dine, catering, functions and takeaway facilities. We are looking for a motivated team member, to work in our Restaurant in ACT. Must be able to work weekends as per requirements.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
● Food preparation and cooking, plating and presentation.
● Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies.
● Innovative in producing new idea for menu and special occasions .
● Able to deal with big catering and functions orders.
● Able to work in a busy environment, including weekends and public holidays.
● Train other kitchen staff if required.
● All other required cook/chef duties.
Requirement:
●1 years Cook experience.
● Cert III / CertIV in cookery preferred.
● Team work oriented.
● Excellent communication and organisation skills.
● High standard of personal hygiene.
● Work independently without supervision,
● Work in a fast pace environment.
