A senior leadership position overseeing a portfolio of hotels and resorts has become available.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support a group of 10 properties with General Managers reporting directly to you.
* Drive exceptional guest experiences, strong financial outcomes, health and safety compliance, and consistent brand delivery.
* Mentor and develop General Managers, building a pipeline of future leaders.


About the Ideal Candidate

* Demonstrate dynamic leadership skills and experience in hotel or resort operations (multi-site management highly regarded).
* Have strong commercial acumen and passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
* Show ability to drive strategic projects and operational improvements.


Requirements

* Advanced degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field.
* Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
