HR Generalist Role

This HR specialist opportunity is now available in our Human Resources team. As an HR generalist, you will provide day-to-day support to managers and employees across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* The role involves providing hands-on, on-site support for employee relations matters and people initiatives.
* You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including setting up roles, advertising positions, conducting pre-employment checks and coordinating onboarding procedures.
* Maintain accurate workforce data within our human resources information system (HRIS), assist with cyclical HR activities and reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in Human Resources or a related field along with experience working in operational HR roles. In addition to strong communication skills, you must have the ability to work directly with managers and employees.
