The Position

This is a key role in a friendly, motivated team conducting fundamental research on the coordination of CO2 fixation and transpiration in plants.

With no two days the same, this role is integral to the delivery of both research and service projects. Key responsibilities include contributing to experimental research on water channels in non-stomatal regulation of transpiration in model and crop plants, monitoring stable isotopes from leaf respiration, as well as providing technical support and training for LI-COR instrument users under a contract with LI-COR Inc.

The Person

We are looking for a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to quickly develop productive, professional relationships with colleagues and clients.Highly developed organisational skills andeffective self-management are key.
