About the role
ARRCS First Nations Program are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant / Administrator to join their tam on a full-time, maximum term contract of 7-months and attracts an hourly rate of $41.08 - $44.06 / hour dependent on skills and previous experience.
The role of Executive Assistant will see you responsible for the support to Senior Management within the First Nations team. Support will include however not limited to, travel arrangements, diary management, day-to-day operations support, administrative and project tasks. This role will see you involved with identified programmes delivered by our First Nations team which includes, support on the coordination and delivery of ARRCS RAP, First Nations Trainee programs and our Return to Country Program.
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience working as an Executive, Personal or Senior Administration Assistant. You will have advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, be an organised and proactive person who is able to work and remain engaged in their role with minimal senior supervision. You will enjoy working in a hands-on role whilst supporting teams often remotely based.

Skills & experience
To be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications:
* Demonstrate previous work experience in an Executive, Personal or Senior Administration capacity.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload.
* Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment.
* Advanced knowledge in the utilisation of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Skilled in travel and diary management.
* Ability to commit to working hours of Monday – Friday – 8am-4.30pm, based in our Tiwi Office.
* Maturity to work autonomously with at times, minimal supervision.
