Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee high-quality construction delivery in line with contract terms and legislative requirements
* Ensure site readiness, safety, and cleanliness at all stages of construction
* Build strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and internal teams, providing support and feedback
* Monitor and report site incidents, delays, and complete safety audits
* Achieve practical completion signoff by the client within two weeks of the practical completion inspection
* Participate in trade allocation meetings and ensure timely completion of sign-offs
