Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Grounds Maintenance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to carry outgeneral ground's maintenance tasks on commercial properties. Your work will directly contribute tothe upkeep and aesthetic appeal of these spaces. Key responsibilities include:
* Lawn care, mowing, and snipping
* Landscape maintenance and plant care
* Pest and weed control
* Hardscape maintenance
* Seasonal cleanup and debris removal
Conservation and Land Management Duties
In addition to general grounds maintenance, you will also be involved in conservation and landmanagement activities, such as:
* Native plant installation
* Weed Identification
* Habitat restoration and management
* Collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
* Grounds Maintenance Experience: Proven experience in commercial grounds maintenance is essential.
* Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail is crucial when it comes to maintaining the aesthetics ofcommercial properties.
* Reliability: Dependability is key in delivering consistent and high-quality maintenance services.
* Qld Construction White Card: Possession of a Qld Construction White Card is required.
* Chemical Spray Experience: Experience with chemical spraying for weed control and pestmanagement is preferred.
* Own Transport: You should have access to your own transportation to get to crew meetingpoint.
