Clinical Research Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Specialist to conduct on-site visits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with investigative sites, clients, and project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and drive successful trial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of clinical monitoring and site management processes
* Conduct remote or on-site assessments to evaluate protocol and regulatory compliance
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure audit readiness
* BUILD strong collaborative relationships with investigational sites
* Implement risk-based approaches to monitor investigator sites and identify site process failures
* Evaluate data accuracy through SDR, SDV, and CRF review
* Escalate observed deficiencies and issues to clinical management
* Provide regular trial status tracking and progress update reports to the Clinical Team Lead
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a life sciences related field or a Registered Nursing certification
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in independent monitoring in Australia
* Valid driver's license where applicable
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency
