Queensland, QLD, Australia
Permanent Full Time
Our team is growing — and we're looking for two exceptional leaders to join us.
Every day, clients across our service delivery footprint rely on our home and community supports to live safely, independently and with dignity. As a Service Delivery Team Leader, you're the steady, trusted coordinator behind the scenes making sure those supports are delivered with consistency, care and quality.
These roles are fully remote, with strong virtual connection to local frontline teams.
Not in Hobart or Sunshine Coast. We're continuing to grow, and more Service Delivery Team Leader roles may become available in other regions.
If these locations don't suit, we still encourage you to express your interest and let us know where you're based so we can consider you for future opportunities.
Why this role matters
You lead and support a team of Support Workers, guiding their performance and ensuring they have what they need to deliver safe, person‐centred services. You're not managing rosters — that's what our dedicated Scheduling team is for.
Your focus is where it should be: people, outcomes and quality.
What You'll Be Doing
In this leadership role, you'll spend your time:
* Coaching and supporting Support Workers with clear expectations and guidance
* Partnering with the Scheduling team to ensure efficient, meaningful rosters
* Navigating and resolving service delivery issues calmly and effectively
* Ensuring all safety, quality and compliance standards are met
* Maintaining accurate documentation and operational records
This is a role for someone who thrives on judgement, consistency and follow‐through.
How We Support You
You'll be part of a strong leadership team who readily supports one another, be part of a broader national operations network including Scheduling, Case Management, Customer Service and Health Partners.
You'll report directly to the Service Delivery Manager and work within clear structures and frameworks — giving you the balance of support, clarity and autonomy.
Who This Role Suits
You're a great fit if:
* You excel in fast‐paced environments with competing priorities
* You lead with empathy, clarity and confidence
* You bring experience leading teams in aged care, disability or community services
* You're comfortable supporting performance and navigating policies
* You're committed to safe, person‐centred service delivery
A Certificate IV in a Community Care field or equivalent leadership experience is required.
Why people choose roles like this
* Leadership responsibility without having to roster your team
* Work‐from‐home flexibility with real operational connection
* Clear expectations and structured support
* Make meaningful impact to our ageing community members
