Your Role
* Manage incoming referrals and client enquiries to deliver tailored lending solutions.
* Guide clients through the full loan journey – from strategy and application to settlement.
* Work closely with Financial Advisers and support staff to create a seamless client experience.
* Maintain compliance and uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional service.
About You
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking is preferred, though not essential.
* Experience in mortgage broking or lending (bank or non‑bank).
* Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on relationships and client outcomes.
* Passionate about being part of a purpose‑driven team and contributing to a growing lending division.
