The successful applicant will be open to contributing to and supporting the following activities:
Key Responsibilities
* Identify scope and capacity to deliver each deliverable and provide inputs into the overall delivery roadmap and plan.
* Gather and translate business needs into consumable requirements, leading elicitation workshops, analysis, specification, and validation.
* Define business requirements for technical developers and translate business needs into technical specifications.
* Analyse impacted business processes, update process maps using Signavio and obtain process owner approvals.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to fully understand problem statements and deliver future state options for MVP/iterations.
* Source and utilise data to validate assumptions throughout delivery, seeking guidance from Data Analysts as needed.
* Engage with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle, sharing updates, seeking feedback and responding accordingly.
* Capture, assess, manage and mitigate potential and active risks and issues promptly.
* Translate high-level goals into detailed plans, business impacts, communications, training needs analysis, change interventions, and execute those plans.
* Plan, facilitate and manage testing activities (UAT, BVT, DRH) for deliverables.
* Develop Identity and Access Management solutions in alignment with the target state IAM roadmap.
* Provide technical knowledge of IAM solutions for the respective business service line(s) and support IAM analysts.
* Participate in technical discussions to ensure appropriate solutions are implemented.
* Conduct solution workshops with IT and business stakeholders and secure agreement and endorsement of solutions.
* Identify opportunities, fit to current patterns, and manage technical issues or exemptions.
* Implement IAM solutions in accordance with design throughout the project/program life cycle and manage design changes.
* Ensure traceability of solutions against program objectives and requirements.
* Communicate solution designs to project stakeholders (manager, developers, testers, business analysts).
* Document end-to-end solutions across application, information, integration, infrastructure and security domains.
* Collaborate with other IAM SMEs and align with defined patterns and product guidelines.
* Own and drive solution development, implementation and operational artefacts from requirements to program completion.
* Drive continuous improvements and maturity uplift within the IAM solution practice.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
Experience
* 5+ years as an IAM solution engineer or equivalent.
* Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
* Structured thinking, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to influence and manage stakeholders.
