Maintain operational readiness according to policies. Respond to fire crew incidents at the applicable station and support Incident Controller communications. Assist the Officer in Charge of the Fire Station with essential administrative duties. Participate in the station's training and development plan.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a communications room is highly desirable.
* Strong focus on team orientation.
* Must be eligible to hold Defence Security Clearance up to Negative Vetting Level 1 (Secret) and be an Australian Citizen.
