Teaching Position Overview
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and implement engaging English teaching programs tailored to the needs of young children.
* Create a supportive learning environment that fosters growth and encourages effective communication with parents to promote comprehensive child development.
* Perform additional professional duties as required, including committee work, school improvement projects, departmental meetings, and occasional weekend programs or summer camps.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Native English speaker with a strong command of the language.
* Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, plus TEFL certification and 2+ years equivalent teaching experience.
* At least 2 years of experience teaching young children (2-6 years old) with a focus on early learning and child care.
* Candidates with international school experience, particularly those with IB experience, are preferred.
