Sodexo is currently looking for an experienced Airport Leading Hand to join our team at our mine site airport.
This would be a fulltime FIFO position on a 8/6 roster offering an opportunity for a great work life balance.
Who are we looking for?
You will be responsible for managing the Airport Team in a hands on role from the ground up. This role will suit a leader who is great at using their initiative and problem solving skills. To be successful, you'll need:
Experience supervising teams in an airport environment
Previous experience in check in/ guest services or ramp duties
We are looking for someone that holds a high level of knowledge and understanding of safety in the workplace
You will possess proven leadership skills, with a focus on providing outstanding service in order to meet the needs of the business
AustralianCitizenship or full Australian working rights
Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testingand police check
Full unrestricted drivers licence

Salary of $*******+ 10k allowance with consistent hours, holiday, sick pay, and superannuation
Day shift only, no night shift required
