As the bridge between our organisation and partners, you'll cultivate enduring relationships, negotiate contracts, and streamline procurement processes.

Leveraging Levy Australia's cutting-edge, guest-centric approach your role will be integral in allowing our teams to deliver legendary experiences for the up to three million guests to hundreds of events the park welcomes each year, including the world's biggest tennis tournament, the Australian Open. **The Position**:
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality ingredients and products.
- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure favourable terms and pricing agreements while maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely acquisition of ingredients and supplies to support culinary operations.
- Build and nurture relationships with suppliers and vendors, fostering open communication and collaboration to address any issues or concerns and optimise supply chain efficiency.
**The Person**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, ideally in a large-scale hospitality, entertainment, or sports venue environment.
- Extensive experience in procurement and contract management, including negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors to support cost-effectiveness and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices, with the ability to streamline procurement processes and ensure efficient inventory management.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support the organization's culinary objectives.
- Organisational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
