As a trainer in our Automotive Light Vehicle program, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students who are passionate about their trade. You will be responsible for delivering training and assessment to students enrolled in the Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology, using your expertise to prepare them for the workplace.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum qualification in Automotive Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology. Dual-trade candidates with a qualification in Auto Electrical or another complementary trade will be highly regarded. Additionally, willingness to obtain a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) if not already completed is required.
As a trainer, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of students and industry. You will also be responsible for assessing student performance and providing feedback to improve their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver training and assessment to students enrolled in the Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
* Assess student performance and provide feedback to improve their skills
* Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs that meet the needs of students and industry
Requirements:
* Minimum qualification in Automotive Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
* Dual-trade qualifications with a qualification in Auto Electrical or another complementary trade highly regarded
* Willingness to obtain a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) if not already completed
