Osteria at Lonnies, a popular and vibrant restaurant in Launceston, Tasmania, is seeking talented and passionate individuals to join their team. We are currently hiring for the positions of Chef, Kitchen Hand, and Front-of-House Staff to contribute to the ongoing success of our establishment.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and cooking high-quality meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our patrons
Assisting with various front-of-house duties, such as greeting customers, taking orders, and serving meals
Contributing to the overall success of the restaurant by working collaboratively with the team
What we're looking for
Relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality and tourism industry
Strong culinary skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a memorable dining experience
A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Familiarity with the local Tasmanian food and beverage scene is highly desirable
