About the role:
* Analyse and report operational performance of the mine plan.
* Provide statutory coverage and ensure all statutory requirements for the underground mine are met
* Mentor and train junior members of the Mining Engineering team
* Liase closely with relevant stakeholders from various departments, promoting open communication and a collaborative approach
* Facilitate the achievement of day-to-day activity of the underground mining operation as part of the Mining Alliance
* Identify, assess and manage risks to the execution of the mine plan
About You
You are growth focused, driven professional with a proven ability to think on your feet in an ever-changing environment. This role is ideal for someone that is looking to make it their own and grow with a business that has substantial expansion plans in place. You must have a Tertiary degree in Mining Engineering and a WA First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency as well as current working rights in Australia.
