Facebook Ads Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and optimise our Facebook ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving real revenue through performance-driven advertising.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimise all Facebook ad campaigns, focusing on prospecting and retargeting initiatives.
* Develop and implement effective ad strategies, including setting up and structuring ad groups/ad sets based on performance data.
* Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and pixel setup are in place to measure campaign success.
* Deliver regular performance reports, highlighting winning creatives, key drivers of conversions, and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with the creative team to brief, test, and refine ad concepts that align with brand voice and messaging.
Requirements and Qualifications
The successful candidate will be highly knowledgeable in Facebook Ads Manager, with a strong understanding of creative strategy and technical campaign setup. Experience running ads for eCom brands is essential, as is a focus on driving real revenue rather than vanity metrics.
Bonus points for candidates with experience working across multiple markets, including Australia and the United States.
