Maryborough District Health Service (MDHS) is seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide exceptional secretarial and administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer and Board of Management.
This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of executive functions through expert calendar management, accurate minute-taking, and coordination of meetings, correspondence, and governance processes.
As the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in upholding MDHS's reputation for professionalism and responsiveness.
You'll manage complex schedules, prepare high-quality documentation, support strategic communications, and assist with planning and delivery of organisational events.
Your ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritise competing demands, and foster team-oriented relationships will be essential to your success.
We're looking for someone with advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in supporting Boards, working within health or government sectors, and coordinating reporting and compliance activities will be highly regarded.
