What You'll Be Doing
* Masterfully assessing vehicle damage to ensure safe, cost‐effective repairs
* Conducting post‐repair inspections to guarantee top quality
* Delivering expert advice via phone and face‐to‐face, providing customers with care and clarity
* Writing precise reports, negotiating repair costs, and working with repair partners
* Collaborating with a passionate team to solve challenges and enhance customer experience
* Helping us uphold high standards that protect customers and keep the business thriving
What You Bring To The Team
* Trade qualification in motor body repair industry (Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or equivalent)
* Minimum of 5 years hands‐on experience as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter or Motor Mechanic and up‐to‐date industry knowledge
* Sound experience in writing quotes and estimating
* A customer‐first mindset with strong communication skills
* Tech‐savvy with confidence using computers
* Ability to work independently and as a team player
* Valid driver's licence
