What you'll be doing
Provide administrative support for fleet services across WSLHD.
Ensure pool vehicles are available for clinical and operational needs.
Maintain compliance with fleet management guidelines and policies.
Assist with Fringe Benefits Tax calculations and reporting.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve efficiency and service quality.

Required skills and experience
High level customer service skills.
Ability to plan, organize, set priorities and meet deadlines, with minimum supervision.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of Motor Vehicles and their parts and functions is desirable.
Knowledge of Fringe Benefits Tax is an advantage.
