Key Responsibilities:
* Managing all branch operations including financials, service delivery and team management
* Building and developing client relationships across all industry sectors
* Ensure recruitment activities are operating under compliance and safety requirements
* Coaching and mentoring the team to ensure their own individual success
* Continual review and management of branch profitability, providing reports to the greater leadership team
Your Experience:
* Demonstrated experience in a Leadership capacity
* Passion for Business Development and creating new opportunities
* Ideally experience across Manufacturing, Logistics and Construction recruitment, predominately labour hire.
* Strong communication skills, clear and concise direction
* Ability to lead from the front and provide support to your team
