Assistant Hotel Manager
The successful Assistant Hotel Manager will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, team leadership and maintaining a warm welcoming environment.
A Day in the Life:
* Establish strong relationships with regular guests and staff members.
* Support the Publican to ensure seamless hotel operation.
* Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional hospitality skills.
* Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving stock.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
Inherent Requirements:
This role requires manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties. Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About You:
* You have previous experience in a similar management role or possess transferable skills from a related industry.
* You are confident, proud, and possess excellent people skills to represent the hotel when the Publican is away.
* You hold current RSA and RSG/RCC certifications.
