Casual Window & Exterior Cleaner (Builders Cleans)
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to assist with builders cleans on a casual basis. This role is perfect for someone looking for consistent but flexible fortnightly hours.
The Details:
* Hours: 6–12 hours per fortnight.
* Location: Various sites (must have reliable transport).
* Pay: $31.19 per hour, no weekend or public holiday work. Weekly pay.
The Role:
You will be assisting with the final \"sparkle clean\" on constructed homes to get them ready for handover. Your primary focus will be:
* Window Cleaning: Detailed cleaning of outside glass, to remove paint and dust.
* Exterior Cleaning: High-pressure \"Gerny\" washing of patios, garage floors, driveways, and exterior pathways.
* General Support: Assisting the lead cleaner with removing dust and debris as needed.
Requirements:
* Physical Fitness: This is a labor-intensive role that involves being on your feet, bending, and using pressure-washing equipment.
* Attention to Detail: Builders cleans require a high standard; we don't leave streaks or dust behind.
* Reliability: You show up on time and ready to work.
* Experience: Previous cleaning or pressure-washing experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person with a great attitude.
