About the role:
Provide corporate and commercial legal advice on complex matters, including: Private M&A, solvent global restructuring, general Corporation Act advice, general commercial law, private capital raising, financial services (fund establishment), Chapter 7 (AFSL), private equity and venture capital.
Act for founders, financial sponsors, major corporations and financial institutions, not-for-profit organisations, and high-net-worth individuals.
Demonstrate leadership and adapt to changes in the legal market, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues in a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate:
Senior Associate with 5+ PQE in Private M&A.
Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
Shows technical excellence with a strong work ethic and ideally (but not a necessity) experience with business development
