We’re seeking a Salesforce Consulting Lead to lead consulting engagements, and deliver transformative business solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to guide both clients and internal teams to success.
Key Responsibilities-
* Partner with clients to understand their business goals and craft Salesforce solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
* Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through digital transformation using Salesforce products.
Solution Design & Delivery:
* Lead discovery workshops, gather requirements, and design scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud, etc.).
* Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Provide oversight on architecture, integrations, and custom development where needed.
Leadership & Team Development:
* Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce consultants, developers, and admins.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, ensuring the team stays ahead of Salesforce innovations and best practices.
Business Development Support:
* Collaborate with sales teams on proposals, presentations, and client pitches, showcasing the value of Salesforce solutions.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce and other technology partners.
* Stay on top of new Salesforce releases, features, and emerging trends, integrating them into our consulting practice.
Qualifications-
* 7+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with hands-on expertise across various Salesforce clouds.
* Proven leadership experience managing teams and leading multi-cloud Salesforce projects.
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, Architect, or similar) are highly preferred.
* Strong business acumen and experience advising clients across multiple industries.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
* Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies.
