About the Role:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Payroll Officer on a fixed term role to provide support to our busy payroll team based in Lidcombe/Chatswood. The key purpose of this role is to work on Annualized Salary project and helping Payroll Manager for adhoc payroll enquiries.

You will also liaise with key stake holders and find opportunities to identify and develop continuous improvement strategies.

About the Responsibilities:
Find timesheets for Annualized Salary employees from Payroll Network drive
Reconcile the timesheets using Annualized Salary calculator for each employee and provide the outcome to Payroll Manager
Prepare termination payments, set up new employees
Month End processing
Assist in the establishment and maintenance of personnel files
Filing and archiving
Work closely with the People and Payroll team

About You:
Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a payroll position using PRONTO (desired not mandatory).
Ability to interpret EBA's and Modern Awards will be highly regarded
Ability to deal with pressure and tight time frames whilst maintaining attention to detail
