Role Summary
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong Windows and Linux system administration experience to support our cloud, infrastructure, and operational environments. This role is responsible for managing AWS-based infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and administering Windows Server, Microsoft 365. The position supports both development operations and core IT systems to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology services.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS using IaC tools.
* Manage and optimise Linux and Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, GroupPolicies, and identity management.
* Administer Microsoft 365 services, Local AD/Entra ID, and endpoint devices.
* Implement, support, and improve CI/CD pipelines for streamlined software delivery.
* Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure or operational issues.
* Maintain compliance, documentation, and operational best practices.
* Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to support secure, reliable delivery of services.
* Support end users when required by diagnosing and resolving operational-related incidents.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in AWS cloud environments and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform,CloudFormation).
* Strong Linux and Windows Server administration skills.
* Experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Intune or similar MDM.
* Knowledge of CI/CD tools and automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
* Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in consumer electronics is desirable.
