Account Executive – SaaS | $120K Base + $240K OTE | Remote (Sydney or Melbourne)

Base Pay Range
AU$120,000.00/yr – AU$120,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
You’ll prospect, demo, and close mid‑market clients who actually get it, people who want to solve real operational pain, not shop for software features.
You’ll own your territory, run your own deals, and shape the playbook as you go.
You’ll report straight to the COO, work side‑by‑side with leadership, and have the trust to do things your way.
Qualifications
- Exceeded quota in a similar role.
- Managed your own pipeline and balanced the hunt with craft.
- Drive, focus, and curiosity to learn a product.
- Construction tech experience is a plus; Platform SaaS background is even better.
