Cornerstone Medical Recruitment are seeking an experienced
**Practice Manager **to join a
**General Practice **located in the Redbank Plains. The client is looking for a well presented, exceptionally organised and people orientated manager to join their team.
**THE ROLE**:
- Work with a team consisting of 8 GP’s, Allied health specialist, 3 receptionist and 2 nurses
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice along with assisting on reception when necessary, rostering, managing of staff leave, coaching of staff and Medicare claims
- Manage team performance of practice clinical and non-clinical employees
- Full-time, Monday - Friday position

**REQUIRMENTS**:
- A minimum 12-months experience as a **General Practice** **Manager** is essential
- **Best Practice** experience is preferred, not essential
