Overview
Customer Service Officer. This role is working in our Toowoomba Steel Division for a motivated all-rounder supporting the Sales, Service and Administration team. There will be a strong focus on client service, administration and delivery allocation tasks.
Responsibilities
* Full Time - Monday to Friday
* Overseeing reception, including managing all incoming phone calls, visitors to the store and coordinating customer enquiries
* Coordinate delivery truck allocations and confirmations
* Managing the creation of purchase orders as well as reconciliation of monthly invoices onsite
* Creating and maintaining customer and sales documents and reports
* Collaborating closely with our team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
* General office administration
About You
* Experience in a similar administration role preferred, but not essential
* Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Highly efficient and organised professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team environment
* Professional presentation and a positive attitude
